It’s been so long I’ve never wrote anything on this blog and it seem this blog will be close sooner or later. Just kidding, I hope that won’t happen although so many thing to settle down lately before (if Allah Will) I change my profession from “hash” labor to ordinary labor.
Too many thing have happen lately, the skyrocketing cases of H1N1 (I rather pronounce it “pig flu”) outbreak, devastating the region quite sometime now. I’m not expecting this kind of thing happen where a lot of schools and higher institutions were close due to this spread. Till now four people have died and thousand are infected.
This outbreak cannot be retreat or treated, the only thing that we can do is just using the usual drug that have been use before to treat bird flu such as tamiflu, but not all people easily get excess to this drug and not forget the price, expensive. So the other effort is to wear mask, but this also inconvenient to certain people.
The last effort is to keep in touch with a good sanitation, and not forget try to take healthy diet and supplement that can at least reduce the effect of the virus to our body. Try to take supplement such as spirulina, algae that essential to our body and a good anti –oxidant and lubricant to our blood. Don’t forget to eat fresh vegetable (plant it yourselves in your backyard) and fruit such as dates, za’faran, raisins, etc to increase your metabolism against any debris in your body.
Don’t forget prevent yourselves from eating PIG, Muslim understand that pig is illegal but for non- Muslim now you probably know why Islam prevent this creature from being eaten by mankind. It is prohibited but no prove before and now Allah SWT give the prove to the stubborn mankind. So, behold the consequences. Lastly, for Muslim, we must seek forgiveness to our Creator because as humankind, we always make mistake. We must understand that He give this not because He hate us, but as a simple reminder to the believer and to give advice via scientific approach to the disbeliever, so that someday you can understand the truthfulness of what had been thought by the prophet SAW.
So let reminisce what had been abandon and remember what had been remind to us, for our prosper here and hereafter.
